Resand Ltd appointed Sebastian von Waldow as Vice President of Sales & Services, DACH, to accelerate international growth

Resand Ltd, a Finnish technology company specializing in foundry sand regeneration, has appointed Sebastian von Waldow as Vice President of Sales & Services, DACH, effective October 1, 2025. In his role, von Waldow will be responsible for driving growth in the region, developing and implementing business strategy, and overseeing sales, marketing, and services. He will also manage Resand’s partner network across the DACH area. In his role, von Waldow reports to Executive Vice President Roberto dos Santos, within the Market Areas team.

With over 15 years of experience in performance-driven roles spanning sales, procurement, business development, and quality management within international B2B environments, von Waldow brings a robust combination of technical expertise and strategic business insight to Resand’s organization. Von Waldow’s distinguished career is defined by a proven ability to deliver operational excellence, drive sustainable growth, and lead transformative initiatives.
