Resand Ltd appoints Tero Kolhinen as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and member of the Management Team

Resand Ltd, a Finnish technology company specializing in foundry sand regeneration, has appointed Tero Kolhinen (Licentiate in Technology) as Chief Operating Officer and member of the Management Team as of 1 October 2025. Kolhinen is responsible for leading Resand’s operational activities and ensuring the strategy implementation in daily operations.

Kolhinen has previously served as Commercial Product Director at Resand since 2024. Before that, he worked at Metso, Metals Business Area, as Director of Product Life Cycle Management and Productization. Previously, Kolhinen held several management positions at Outotec, where he was responsible for e.g. service product management, business development, and technical services.
